Shipping Policy
Important to note, is that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout.
All orders are processed on average within 1 to 3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Processing depends on things such as the product type, quantity, customisation, material availability and more. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection or has been shipped.
We occasionally face potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control. We will communicate these delays as soon as we are aware of them. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We are currently only offering flat shipping rates in Africa
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to [list countries]. ]
For calculated shipping rates: once this option is introduced, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Courier Deliveries
We do not offer local delivery yet .
We can arrange a courier delivery through The Courier Guy, for an additional fee. Customers can also arrange their own courier collections. Please inform us of the details as well as provide an AWB which we can attach to the parcel.
Courier delivery timings can be viewed on the courier companies websites. The couriers will contact the customer to notify you, of the day of your parcel arrival.
In-store pickup
We welcome in-store pickup by customers in our area.
You can skip the shipping fees with local pickup at our Milnerton workshop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared. We will contact you when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order details ready, with you, when you come.
International Shipping
We currently dont offer international shipping.
Once this option is made available, calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Multiple international shipping options will be listed in the table below. Longer delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 20 days) can be expected for international shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Williams Filmwear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Hello@williamsfilmwear.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
The Courier Guy do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not give refunds, accept returns or allow exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Hello@williamsfilmwear.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
